Does anyone know why our 76815 limited us is bundling to our dopplers 76820,76821? There are no active medical policies that I can find and no active NCCI edits... also nothing in the CPT language is giving me any indication? Is anyone else getting these denials and are you appealing them and getting paid after appeal?

Sounds like your payer is messed up. You are correct that they are not bundled. Call your carrier and see if it is something with their computer system, and if they can fix, or if you have to appeal w/ a copy of the NCCI edits.
