Lipectomy or Excision??

Plastic Surgeon calls procedure "Excision and Suctioning of Lipomas"!!! Thru a small stab incision Tumescent fluid was introduced into lipomas, then fat was suctioned from these lipomas. Would you code it excision of lipoma or lipectomy?? Thanks!!!!
 
Can you post more of the note

Can you post the entire scrubbed op note? Lipectomy (i.e. liposuction) is usually considered cosmetic surgery.

Unfortunatly I cant!!! These were large lipomas, 20X16cm, 6x7cm & 6x5cm of the neck....and very close to the preparotid area.
