Liposuction, not cosmetic

I need some help with a medicare patient who had liposuction for vocal cord repair, for vocal paralysis from Parkinsons disease. My plastic surgeon did liposcution of the abdomen for harvesting of fat to be injected into the vocal cords. This is not a cosmetic procedure and Medicare will not pay this without another code. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which code I can use for this? I have come up with 2 codes, but not sure if either one is the correct choice, 49329 or 15770. I would appreciate any suggestions.:confused:
