We did an open reduction with internal fixation that was more involved than normal...it went midfoot across the 1st and 2nd cuneiform with 3 screws. What would you code it?
 
Recommend looking at 28615 Open treatment of tarsometatarsal joint dislocation, includes internal fixation, when performed. This is the one I usually use for this type of dislocation.
