Does anyone have a list of the stand alone cage codes that are used for ACDF procedures? You are only allowed to bill the additional code of 22845 plate when the device is a stand alone. thank you !

All instrumentation is an add on code. If the component you purchase has the plate integrated to the cage then you cannot bill separate. If you purchase 2 separate components and provider documents separate and distinct plate placed for added stability you can bill the plate with a -59. Hope this helps.
