Need a little help for my provider
Patient was seen for a "well Child visit" and she has a significant medical history with developmental delay, etc. I spent about 40 min face to face, about half was not the WCC, discussing treatment options, referrals, etc. I then received old records and reviewed them without the parent present (I received records AFTER they left); this took 60 minutes, then I spent 20 min on the phone with mom.
Patient is 22 months old.
A little help selecting the CPT E&M Codes?
