Hello,
I have a question in regards to billing for a LMSW. I know a LMSW cannot be credentialed, but I keep being told that I can bill for them under a supervisor-LCSW. Is this true? If so, what needs to be put on the HCFA in terms of billing it out correctly? I also am aware of incident to bill and I keep getting mixed information on whether or not this can be done. I appreciate any help regarding this! Thank you
