Wiki Location in HPI- how many?

Years ago I read that you can count more than (1) location in the HPI and I can't seem to find any references for it. Example:

Patient comes in has headache for 3 days and for the last month has abdominal pain with some diarrhea.

Would you count location twice since it's 2 different areas of the body that are not related?
