I think this may be a stretch but can Leukemia be captured as a "Location" in HPI?

Coding for Hem/Onc and I posed the same question to several consultants as well as this forum. All the consultants and some CHONC's stated that location is appropiate, otherwise in this speciality you may never have a location (blood). Just my 2 cents.

Interesting point as my thinking was blood. I'm starting to notice that I am losing my HPI which in turn is affecting the LOS. I would like to see what others think.
