One of our providers is going on vacation, and we will have a locum filling in. He will be performing services both in the office and in an ASC. I'm fine with the pro fee side of this, however I am new to ASC billing, and our office bills for the ASC as well. How do I bill for a locum on the facility side? Any help would be appreciated, been looking all morning & can't find any info. Thank you!
