We have a locum tenens in place. Normally, we bill our ultrasounds that are performed by an ultrasound technician with our regular physician as the supervisor... how do I bill them with the locum tenens?
Additionally, we have an NP that our regular physician is normally supervisor for- how do we bill her services while the locum tenens is in place?
