I have a provider who will be out and I need to brush up on my LocumTenens billing. Does anybody have any suggestions or websites that will assist me?

I know that I should be using a Q6 for Medicare patients but what about MedicAID and all subsequent and secondary insurances?

Any assistance in this matter is GREATLY appreciated.

SO ther than the locums NPI in box 24J and the Q6; I'm good?
