Regarding Lupron use in prostate cancer patients. Z79.818 is the code, but I am wondering if the ICD-10 should be updated to include the description Long term (current) use of luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) agonists. I am not sure if this is the place to post this.

Do you mean the description in your EMR, or the description in the ICD-10 book? Just wanted to clarify!
