Please advise... is this a simple question where the answer is staring me in the face? Can't find it in the HCPCS book, and wondering if there is an alternative term that I should be searching. Have been researching and can't quite come up with an exact answer an unlisted code perhaps? Can someone explain the process for submitting this, or supply a helpful link that a new apprentice coder could understand? ---Suzanne
