Wiki Looking for easy link to CMS shared/split rules

Hello,

I support a group of trauma surgeons and when the APPs are performing the procedures the surgeons are signing off and adding an attestation and trying to bill for these services. I know the shared/split rule does not apply to procedures and if the APP does the procedure we need to bill under the APP. I am hoping someone has an easy link to this info so I can share this with them?
