Hi I am a nurse auditor for a hospital (I have my CIC), but this position is a new one for this hospital so I'm looking for other hospital auditors to network with. specifically, we are dealing with drg denials, line item charge code audit denials and remicade denials (at the moment). If you're a nurse or a coder in a similar position at a hospital, I would love to hear what things you guys are dealing with and maybe we can help each other save our hospitals money! I'm also looking for any help writing appeal letters to the insurance companies and auditing companies as we try to appeal the things they are denying. so if you have letter templates that you might be willing to share, that would be great!! thanks so much
