Is 94150 (vital flow) billable as an ED Facility charge?
I have received conflicting information: included in E/M; it should be coded; it is bundled; it is separately payable.
Any additional information would be helpful. If you have a source - please cite it.

It would charged with the nebulizer treatment (94664-59, 94640). There are specific orders for the nebulizer treatment and the peak flow(vital capacity).
