My hospital is looking for a consulting firm to perform a CDI assessment and assist us in implementing a CDI program. We have an RFP ready to send, but we don't want to send it to a dozen vendors. We want to focus on 4-5 quality firms.

So far we've identified 3M, Deloitte, FTI, Navigant and Maxim as potential candidates. Can anyone recommend any other firms you think we should consider? (Preferably ones that you've had a good experience with).
