Hello-
My doctor did an excision of small loose body of the finger directly under the skin. Op note states "The incision was reopened and beneath this was a hard cartilage loose body, there was no direct connection to the joint. It appeared that this was probably a loose body that had popped out of the joint after the previous surgery and then just became lodged under the skin."
The code I am thinking of using is 10120... and different ideas??
