Wiki Lost on coding this chemo chart

Chemo infusion is not one of my fortes and I need a little help, please let me know if I am right as I still don;t know how to code the bendamustine:

Port saline 10:10-10:12:15
Bendamustine 12:20-12:55
Rituaxin 1300-16:05
Zofran 12:00-12:20
Solumedrol (Push) 12:57

I come up with this:
96413-Rituxan
96416 x 4-Rituxin
96368 Zofran (over 15 mins so not a push)
96411 Solumedrol (stated as a push)

Still don;t know if I am right, please help!

chemo help

I would code:
96413
96417 (sequential infusion of new drug)
96415 x 2
96411 for the push
96366 therapeutic infusion

and if you are coding saline for the hydration you would need to code 96361 x how many hours

you had 96416 but that is for prolonged infusion (over 8 hours) and I don't see that.

Don't know if I am correct, but this is what I would do.
