Wiki LT, RT mod usage for ICD10

Can you please advise if we are to continue using RT, LT, etc for the ICD10 coding. Ex: billing for 2 view knee xray. I billed for the appropriate 2 view knee xray, used the correct ICD10 code which states Left knee. Would I still need to append the LT modifier to my CPT code?
