Wiki Ltd pelvic us

I see a lot of pelvic us reports, as well as pelvic us ltd reports....there really isnt any difference in the dictation.... When the us ltd code is used for a follow-up visit. Is there a time frame on what is considered "follow-up"?

I would think if they are doing a repeat for the same condition that would be considered a follow up no matter the time frame.
