I need help coding the following surgery

1. Posterior lumbar approach right-sided ~ discectomy at L5-S1.
2. Arthrodesis, interbody at L5-S1.
3. Arthrodesis posterolateral L5-S1.
4. Instrumentation pedicle screw placement bilaterally at L5-S1.
5. Interbody device placement at L5-S1 for arthrodesis.
6. Autologous bone graft for fusion.
7. Screw distraction across the disc space for disc realignment.
8. Bone marrow aspiration assistance for fusion.
9. Using intraoperative fluoroscopy assistance for localization and instrumentation.
10. Continuous neural monitoring throughout the operation for two hours.
11. Stimulation of nerve roots and pedicles screws bilaterally at L5-S1 with 15 mA of nerve stimulation assessment for safe placement of pedicle screws.
