I need some help with the coding of this charge:

Fluoroscopy was utilized to identify the superior part of the right L4-L4 facet joint and the right L5 and S1 pedicle screws. The overlying skin was then anesthetized using a needle. Under fluoroscopy a spinal needle was then advanced to lie on top of the right l5-S1 facet joint pedicle screws at the right L5 and S1 levels.

I performed a left L4-L5 and S1 pedicle screw injections in the exact manner

The only appropriate code for injection of hardware, per AMA is 64999, and you can only bill it once.

Yes. Pedicle screw injection which is commonly known as Hardware injection should be coded either with CPT 64999 or CPT 22899 with sufficient documentation.
