When lumbar puncture (CPT 62270) is done with guidance (for needle placement) can you also submit guidance for billing? We are not using contrast or injecting anything. I see 77003 which appears to be only for spinal INJECTIONS. Should 77002 be used? or is guidance included in 62270?
