Hi,
was wondering if someone could help me with a cpt code. The surgeon did a sharp debridement of a lumbar wound to the level of the fascia, then removed a spinal implant and did irrigation and re-closure. Was leaning towards 10180 for the wound. Can I also code for the removal of the spinal implant?
