Wiki Lumpectomy bundled with axillary lymphadenectomy

I know this was discussed two years ago, but if the complete axillary lymphadenectomy is performed and the sight closed and on the same breast, different location, the lumpectomy is performed via separate incision, are they still bundled or can you bill them separately?
What is the code for the insertion of the Blake Drain tube via stab procedure?
