Would I use 96372 for the injection of Lupron when it is given for dysfunctional uterine bleeding or other problems except for chemo? I know to use 96401 when the injection is given for chemo purposes.
 
We code it with the 96372 here when given for dysfunctional bleeding and endometriosis. It is given for these reasons IM so this should be appropriate.
