I have a 2nd diagnosis question: If just "luous" is documented in the past hx....not specified further....which lupus code should you report? I don't feel comfortable with "disseminated" as there's no proof of that (though pt had sarcoidosis in the past)....but also don't feel comfortable with "local" either!
