do you bill the HCPCS code for Lupron and NDC if you did not provide the drug but only just administered it?

We always did and put a $0 or $.01 charge, also use the administration code. Buy indicating the drug we were able to be paid for the administration.

You bill the admin code 96401 and you add in a line note the drug being administered. you will not bill for a drug that was brought in from an outside pharmacy
