Hello,

Left video-assisted thorarocscopic wedge resection of left apex and apical bronchopleural fistula. A week prior patient had a left thoracotomy and apical wedge resection for diagnostic purposes. Patient developed an air leak which was refactory to close chest drainage, after reimaging it was determined that the apical resection line ruptured. Anyone able to assist with this would be greatly appreciated.
