Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can help me out. I have a surgeon that put in his procedural note that he thought that it might be a sebaceous cyst. When I got the pathology back it said that it was a lymph node. So can I bill the procedure off the pathology lab because the Dr. wasn't sure what it was or do I have to bill it off the procedure note?
