To give Dr credit using the the 97 guidelines it states Palpation of lymph notdes in two or more areas: Neck, Axillae, Groin, other. Dr will need to document at least two areas.

What about the 95 guidelines- would you give Dr credit for Lymphatic Exam if they only document " No lymphadenopathy"?

Yes

There are no minimum requirements for 95 so I would give credit for examination of Hem/lymph/immunologic system.
