Lymphoma history ??

If a patient has Lymphoma but the provider states he has been in remission for the last 6 years. How would you code this. Would you use the history code or use the active disease code?
 
3M gives a In Remission code to Category: 202 Other malignant neoplasms of lymphoid and histiocytic tissue. I don't know the specific site you are looking for, so look in Category:202.
Therefore, I would not code it as a History code.
