Procedure: Lytic therapy; 9/23
First dose of 10 mg of alteplase and 5 mg of dornase was placed into left chest tube. Chest tube clamped and will remain clamped for two hours with patient rotating every 15 minutes side to side, up and laying flat. Patient tolerated well. Today is 1/3 dosing.
 
I would code that 32561 - Fibrinolysis thru existing tube, initial day. For the other days of treatment, use 32562.
