Hello!

We are having a discussion in my office about MA Only Visits, such as where the patient comes in for vaccinations or a blood draw. I've been reading that these types of visits don't count as incident-to visits. So! Which provider needs to sign off on the visit? The supervising provider who is physically present or the provider who ordered the shots/lab draw/ect?

Thanks!
Erin
