Hi,
Does anyone know the correct HCPCS device for the MA60AC lens code. I code for an ASC and we are starting to see more of these lens. I researched on line and wow!!!!! Some sites have it lumped with V2788, V2632, and Q1001, Q1003! Most of these are medicare pts. I also found C1780 but that was for Part A sooooo. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
