I am billing 01935 with mod QZ QS P2 and the claims keep getting rejected. Does any one know what Railroad MCR requirements are for billing MAC?

it looks like Medicare Railroad might not like the P2. I checked their policies and I couldnt find anything about the physical statuses. Here is the article I found...

I was trying to find my old notes from when I did anesthesia billing- I may have to dig further (just recently moved and still going through boxes).
