I am presented with closing a medical practice that has been using EHR for 2 years. EHR presents a new twist in maintaining medical records when there is not a "physical" record that the physician can take with.

I have proposed this question to my EHR developer with no response as of yet. Is EHR so new that this issue has not been addressed?
