Hello, I have a question involving diagnosis coding for Major Neurocognitive Disorder in ICD10.
1) what code would you use for a diagnosis of "Major Neurocognitive Disorder NOS"? would it be F01.50 or F03.90?
2) is "dementia" the same as "major neurocognitive disorder"
3)How would you code the following diagnosis "Major Neurocognitive Disorder probable vascular etiology?
4)can F01.51 be used for "Major Neurocognitive Disorder with behavioral disturbance" without the term vascular specifically stated in the diagnosis?
