Will someone share with me how your doctors report the size of the lesion for malignant lesion destruction. Do they report it after it has been curetted or before. And how do they document this in their records?

Destruction

We measure the lesion after the curettage but before electrodessication, since normal margins can't be included in the measurement when the lesion is destroyed.
