Good Morning All!

My Otolaryngologist performs many excisions on malignant neoplasms. He recently came to me to ask if there is a way to bill for his time when these are done in multiple stages. We are not CLIA certified to perform an actual mohs procedure. However, he does perform what a mohs procedure consists of but then sends the specimen to the pathologist for final pathological review, he does not read the slides.
