While looking at the malunion and nonuion codes in ICD-10 it only lists subsequent care no code is listed for initial encounter....can anyone tell me what ICD-10 to use?

A malunion of a fx is subsequent to having originally been a fx. Therefore it is a subsequent encounter of the same fx

The 7th character A is for an initial visit, and the 7th digit D is for a subsequent encounter, and 7th digit S is for sequela.
