Hi,

Looking for a code for PASH.. patient had breast bx.

Thanks

The only dx code I have been able to find is N63. I could be completely wrong, but I'm not finding anything else that fits.

The AMA posted a coding clinic regarding PASH ICD-10.

Does anyone have access to this information that would provide the answer?

Hi Everyone,
How about dx N63 or D24 block as PASH dx? In premenopausal women, PASH on its own is usually felt as a painless benign lump in the breast. The size of the lump can vary.
Check those dx they may be helpful.:)

Per this issue: Assign code N64.89, Other specified disorders of breast, for pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia of breast (PASH). If a more specific breast disease is documented, assign a more specific code instead of code N64.89.
