Hi,

Im really hoping someone can help me out.
In outpatient coding... A patient came in for an Ultrasound SCREENING, because they
could not tolerate a mammogram due to the patient being mentally challenged.

Here is my issue: I coded the screening V76.19 and mentally challenged as 2nd dx.
Problem is this is a medicare patient and it is FMN.? Not sure if Im using the correct codes..


Id appreciate any help!
