Question Mandibular Reconstruction

In short, we have a patient requiring a bilateral mandibular resection due to osteomyelitis. During the same surgical session the provider will be reconstructing the mandible with an internal bone plate only in order to stabilize the mandible until the staged bone grafting procedure is performed at a later date.

While we are using the 21025 for the resection aspect, we are having a difficult time trying to find the most appropriate reconstruction (again the placement of a internal bone plate only) code.

Any recommendations would be extremely helpful?
