I having a hard time trying to find a code for Mannose-binding lectin deficiency. I don't think there is one? and I'm not sure about unspecified code 279.8. Can someone help me please?
 
This is not very helpful but per my research, 279.8 would be correct as it is a complement deficiency and I see no more specific code.
