First I would verify with the physician that he/she intended to say "leukemia." Next I would verify the Dx with the pathology. If it is in fact "Mantle cell leukemia" I would probably code it as 207.80 (Other Specified Leukemia w/o mention of having achieved remission). Good Luck!
