Hello :confused:
I am needing help with coding the following scenario:
Pt presented to the ER w/ umbilical cord hanging from vagina, with severe blood loss. US did not show fetus, but showed retained placenta. Patient was taken to OR and due to dilation of the cervix provider was able to remove the placenta w/ his hand.

Not sure how to code this, any help would be greatly appreciated.
