does anyone know if there is a specific code to report a map biopsy of eyelid & conjunctiva? the only codes I can find are 67810 for the eyelid & 68100 for the conjunctiva.

the procedure was described as follows after prepping & injections of local anesthestic: the patient then had specimens taken from the right lower lid central palpebral conjunctiva, the right lower lid nasal palpebral conjunctiva, inferior bulbar conjunctiva, nasal bulbar conjunctiva, superior bulbar conjunctiva, right upper lid nasal palpebral conjunctiva.
Dx on some specimens is squamous cell in-situ & conjunctivits.

any help is appreciated
